Eric Michael Rhodes

Eric Michael Rhodes is a graduate student of urban and planning history at Miami University of Ohio. Eric studies how U.S. subsidized housing policy played out in the rusting Steel Belt of the 1970s, with a particular eye to the nation’s first operable metropolitan fair housing plan: Dayton’s Fair Share Housing Plan. Eric is interested in topics including racial and economic segregation in the 20th century city, documentary film, political thought, the history of capitalism, and literary history.
