Andrew Skabelund

Andrew Skabelund is a doctoral student in African history at The Ohio State University. He is currently working on a dissertation tracing the emergence of the African habitants in the West African Senegambia. His dissertation’s working title is The Grain of Sand that Moved the Sea: Africans, EurAfricans, France, and the Formation of Franco-Habitant Identity in the Senegambia (1700-1865).
