Daniel P. Tokaji

Daniel P. Tokaji is Associate Dean for Faculty and The Charles W. Ebersold and Florence Whitcomb Ebersold Professor of Constitutional Law at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. A preeminent expert in the law of elections and democracy, Professor Tokaji has published extensively on a variety of voting issues, as well as successfully litigated a number of prominent election laws cases.
