David Stebenne

David Stebenne earned a B.A. from Yale and a J.D. and a Ph.D. in History from Columbia. He teaches modern U.S. political history in Ohio State University’s History Department and American legal history in OSU's Moritz College of Law, and regularly comments on national legal and political developments.
