David R. Stone

David R. Stone is the Chair of the Strategy & Policy Department in 2018 at the U.S. Naval War College specializing in the military history of Russia. He is the author of A Military History of Russia: From Ivan the Terrible to the War in Chechnya, published by Praeger in 2006.
