Victor Xiong

Dr. Victor Xiong is a Professor at Western Michigan University. He received his Ph.D. in History from the Australian National University in 1989. Dr. Xiong was featured in the documentary “Man Made Marvels: China’s Forgotten City,” co-produced by Natural History New Zealand and the Discovery Channel, which premiered in December 2009.
