Julie M. Powell

Dr Julie M. Powell holds an MA in History from San Francisco State University and a PhD in History from The Ohio State University. She has authored a number of book chapters and articles, the latter appearing in Gender & History and Social History of Medicine. Currently, she is an Irish Research Council post-doctoral fellow at the Centre for War Studies at University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland.
