Richard Marsh received his Ph.D. in history from The Ohio State University in 2021. He currently serves as the Deputy Command Historian at NORAD and United States Northern Command, the military headquarters responsible for the defense of the Canadian and U.S. homelands. In addition to his ongoing research projects supporting the command, he studies the diplomatic and military history of the United States during the Cold War.
