Sarah Paxton

Sarah Paxton is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Ohio State University and has received a J.D. from the Moritz College of Law. Her research interests focus on the intersections of modern legal culture and historical criminal justice. Her dissertation traces and analyzes the origins of the modern legal response to domestic violence in 19th and 20th century social institutions.
