Jeffrey H. Cohen is a professor of anthropology at The Ohio State University. His research focuses on the culture of migration and insecurity as well as food. His most recent book is Eating Soup without a Spoon: Anthropological Theory and Method in the Real World (2015). His interest in zombies began watching monster movies every Saturday night growing up in Indianapolis.
